• Graduated (cum laude) from National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia. (Cybernetic Institute, specialisation: “Technology of artistic treatment of materials”.) Thesis: “Rapid Prototyping Technology in Jewellery Design” (2005-2010).

• Got my Ph.D. degree in Design Sciences from IUAV University of Venice, Italy (2015)

Research theme: Multidisciplinary Co-Design strategies, the role of Designer in a team of collaborating professionals and the application of this design approach in various fields of industry, with the case study in the field of children's healthcare. More about my Ph.D. project here.

• In 2016, I taught as an assistant professor at National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, Russia (my Alma mater). I lectured remotely in English and Russian, supervised a graduation project and conducted a scientific research activities with design students.

• I've been working as a freelance visual designer since 2013.

  In 2017 founded my own design studio in the Netherlands. In these years, most of the projects were realised for the companies revolving around financial services/brokerage/sports bookmaking (collaborating on a regular basis with companies like EXNESS, RoboForex, CopyBet, FidelisCM, and ForexBull).

• In 2020, I joined Factorr - A creative agency that produces, designs, and distributes (immersive) experiences. As a Visual Designer, I was responsible for the company’s brand identity, website updates, and visual and print production designs.

• Since 2021, I’ve also been collaborating with Concrete Culture, a Rotterdam-based company that transforms historic spaces into hubs for immersive culture and technology. Their two main projects/venues include KATOENHUIS Rotterdam and KOELHUIS Eindhoven. Both locations have been repurposed to focus on Immersive Experiences (IX) and offer shared workspaces, studios, and presentation venues that support creative and technical talent. As a Visual and Web Designer, I’m taking care of the company’s and venues’ brand identities, website updates, and visual and print production support for the events held or hosted in the venues or designed/produced by Concrete Culture.

• Since 2022, I’ve been strengthening my Product Design (UI/UX) skillset, working closely with the CopyBet Product team, designing Mobile app and Web interfaces for the UK-licensed Sports Bookmaker.

  This is currently my main professional passion and occupation, while Visual design (now also reinforced by AI tools) still remains close to my heart and soul, leaving room for creativity and artistic/cultural touch to my designer’s identity.
